Refund Policy Congress cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent by an email to makuhari@l.u-tokyo.ac.jp Refund requests received on or before 28 February 2015 will be refunded 75% of your registration fee. No refunds will be issued after 1 March 2015. |
