Modern and Contemporary French Literature
1) Marguerite Yourcenar
I have examined the relationship between literature and travel in Yourcenar’s works by focusing on the literary figure of the “traveler without luggage.”
2) Autobiography
I am interested in a series of autobiographical works published in France from the late 1970s onward, a period marked by the decline of structuralism and the emergence of what has been called the “return of the subject.
