Social Psychology

1) Group Decision-Making

In a rapidly changing society, establishing systems that promote better decision-making is a significant challenge. From the perspective that group decision-making “emerges from the interaction process between individual psychology and behavior and society,” I conduct research using behavioral experiments and model analysis to understand the foundations of group decision-making generated through interaction.

2) Cooperation

By conducting experiments, I investigate the effects of social structural factors, such as fines, bonuses, and other incentive systems, on individual cooperative behavior and group productivity. This research aims to clarify the dynamics of the emergence and transformation of norms in group interaction contexts.
