REGISTRATION BY WIRE TRANSFER
If
you are planning to pay the registration fee by wire transfer, please remember that you are responsible for all appropriate wire transfer charges in addition to the registration fee. Please note that a "Japanese bank handling fee" (approximately JPY4,000) will be added for payments by oversea wire transfer.
The Organizing Committee is NOT responsible for paying any additional bank fees that are charged during the transfer process. If we receive a payment that is less than the expected registration fee amount, we will ask you to pay the additional amount.
After completing the transaction, please notify the Organizing Committee (makuhari@l.u-tokyo.ac.jp ) of your name, affiliation, contact information, and the date and amount of the funds being wired. We need this information to complete your preregistration.
