The IX World Congress of ICCEES will be held in Makuhari from 4 Aug (Tue) to 8 Aug (Sat) 2015 at Kanda University of International Studies.
Please note that the opening ceremony on 3 Aug 2015 (Mon) will take place at the Makuhari Messe Convention and Exhibition Center.

Hotel Reservations

We recommend the hotel reservation system offered by JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTB GMT). JTB GMT has been appointed the official travel agent for the IX World Congress of ICCEES. They have booked hotel rooms in Makuhari for the Congress period.
Reservations will be processed in order of application.
Participants who are planning to reserve hotel rooms should apply online no later than 3 Jul 2015.
They offer eight hotels in Makuhari. The cheapest one is Hotel New Tsukamoto (the price of a single room with bath is 6,480 JPY incl. breakfast).

You cannot reserve a hotel room by this online system if you request some special conditions, for example, if you wish to reserve a room for days before August 2 or after August 8, or if you need more than two beds, you cannot complete reservation by this online system. Child Day-Care Services for ICCEES 2015 World Congress Participants

For Congress participants who require child day-care services, we would like to recommend the Little Garden International School. The Japanese-English bilingual school is located only a few minutes by foot from Kaihin-Makuhari Station. The school has both preschool and kindergarten programs, and accepts children between the ages of 0 and 12.

Day-care Fees (Per Hour)

	Monday through Friday	Saturday and Sunday
(1) Children 3 or older	800 JPY	1000 JPY
(2) Children 1 or 2 yrs old	900 JPY	1100 JPY
(3) Children between 2 and 12 months	1000 JPY	1200 JPY
*The above fees are for standard hours (8:00 am–6:00 pm). For extended hours (7:00–8:00, 18:00–21:00), an additional charge of 500 JPY is applied per hour.

Insurance premium	100 JPY
Lunch	450 JPY
Snack	100 JPY
*You may bring lunch and snack for your child.

Requirements

If your child is allergic to a particular food, you are required to inform the school in advance.
Items to bring: a change of clothes (for each child); disposable diapers; and a baby bottle (for children who use these items).

Those who wish to use the day-care services must complete the application form below and send as an e-mail attachment to apply@l.u-tokyo.ac.jp by June 13, 2015:
