| Comment | During the first half of the Early Epi-Jomon period there seemed to be regional colors, but in the latter half, a uniformity of the archaeological culture arouses in Hokkaido. Kohoku C2-D type pottery of the latter period spread not only throughout Hokkaido, but also across the Tohoku region of Honshu. |
