| Comment | This example is a funeral urn, which was found buried in a location 20 meters from a pit dwelling, and there were red pigments and the bones of a newborn or a fetus inside it. Since there are few examples from the Epi-Jomon period of a deposited jar having being identified as a grave, it is a rare find. |
