CommentTypical example of Tokoro-6-rui, the older group of Hokuto type pottery, which was distributed throughout eastern Hokkaido from the end of the Middle Jomon period to the early Late Jomon period. The cylindrical form was inherited from the series of Ento type pottery in southern Hokkaido and northern Tohoku.
