| Comment | Haritsuke-mon series pottery from the Late Okhotsk culture. The main decoration pattern is the appliqué, formed by a unit of multiple lines, which is regarded as belonging to the late phase of Haritsuke-mon series pottery. There is a possibility that it was unearthed with an iron-socketed pike, so it may have been a grave good. Donated by a private benefactor. |
