Comment | This type pottery spread throughout the Abashiri region during the Middle Epi-Jomon period. The small bumps seen Utsunai Ⅱa type pottery have disappeared, while an appliqué decoration is applied to the same position. The appliqué on the rim and the body also develop from the Utsunai Ⅱa type pottery. |
