「イスラーム地域研究」プロジェクト2C「聖者信仰・スーフィズム・タリーカをめぐる研究会」では、タリーカ研究会シリーズ第１弾として、下記の研究会を企画いたしました。なお、本研究会は、イスラーム世界研究懇話会・南アジア研究懇話会（いずれも関西拠点）との共催で行われます。
　今回は、バングラデシュとエジプトのタリーカ（イスラーム神秘主義教団）をテーマとし、京都大学東南アジア研究センターのアブドゥル・ハリームさんと、上智大学大学院の高橋圭さんにお話しいただきます。

　なお、アブドゥル・ハリームさんの発表の梗概は以下のとおりです。

We all belong to the same parents, Adams and Eves. Over time and space,
different pathfinders evolved from the society with the wish of Almighty
(Allah). Each pathfinder developed system and methods to bring peace.
Sufism is a method, which helps in spiritual development of an individual
and through each individual, helps to bring discipline in the total system.
Hazrat Moulana Azan Gashi(R.A.) was such a Sufi, who spread Sufism in the
British Bengal ( now Bangladesh and eastern part of India) during the
decade of 1920 and early part of 1930. He developed a Tariqah, named as,
Tariqah-i-Jamea, which is suitable for the people of this generation,
belonging to all caste and creeds, men and women and especially for those
who passes busy and mechanical life, and gets less time for the development
of spirit in mind, in this 21st century.
Presentation will cover the following aspects:

・ The components of the Tariqah-i-Jamea
・ Methods of practicing the Tariqah
・ Benefits of practicing the Tariqah
