Firstly, SATO Tsugitaka will represent the researchers and speak about the aims and potential of this project. He plans not to discuss abstract ideas, but to speak concretely about the goals and methods of the research to be conducted.

The four panelists will give their comments and discuss their aspirations and proposals after hearing this keynote speech. After that, comments from all participants will be welcomed.
