Dr. Muhammad Aziz Shukri, a specialist in international law will be in Japan on the invitation of the Foreign Ministry of Japan, and will hold a seminar in Tokyo sponsored by the General Management Unit. Dr. Muhammad Aziz Shukuri is a professor at Damascus University and one of the most eminent persons in this field in Syria. We hope to have many participants in this seminar.
